PARKING RUSSIA 2023: results

From November 14 to 16 in Moscow, Expocentre Fairgrounds hosted the International Exhibition of parking technologies and solutions Parking Russia 2023.

The exhibition started in 2021, but has already become a bright industry business event and an annual meeting place for specialists, has established itself as an effective platform for demonstrating technologies and novelties of parking equipment, new materials for parking construction, software solutions for automation and monetization of business.



For three days, visitors to the exhibition expected the largest companies in the market, numerous business negotiations, interactive presentations and test drives of products, industry trends, an unprecedented business program, networking with industry experts and much more.

  


EXHIBITORS

In addition to parking equipment and automation systems, mechanized and automated parking lots, services for searching, paying, managing and monetizing parking spaces, participating companies presented equipment and materials for the construction and operation of parking lots (industrial floors, waterproofing materials, engineering systems and more).

  

44 companies from Russia, the Republic of Belarus, and Turkey took part in the Parking Russia 2023 exhibition.

Among them were the leading manufacturers, suppliers and integrators of the parking industry. They presented Russian-made equipment at the exhibition, as well as foreign equipment from Germany, Italy, Spain, the Republic of Belarus, Turkey, China and other countries.

A special part of the exposition was made up of stands of manufacturers of charging stations for electric vehicles. Gas stations, which will soon become a mandatory attribute of every Russian parking lot, were presented by: PUNKT E, SITRONICS ELECTRO, PANDORA TRADE, CHARGE EVOLUTION LLC, DRIVENERGY, GRPZ, ORBIS, CLEVERPARK, APS-SPb. Visitors were able to evaluate fast and slow charging stations, load balancing systems, solutions for private and public transport, compact wall-mounted electronic devices for the home and solutions for public spaces.

  

Several premieres took place within the framework of the exhibition. SITRONICS ELECTRO company for the first time presented a station of its own production, a 44 kW slow station with two connectors, GB/T and Type 2. CHARGE EVOLUTION LLC (Edison Technologies) also demonstrated its own development - a compact charging station for commercial and home use EDISON Solo. PANDORA presented a new product, the Pandora Tango two-port vandal-proof AC charging station for public spaces.

  


VISITORS

The Parking Russia 2023 exhibition was visited by 1,185 specialists from 47 regions of Russia, more than 70 cities, including the largest agglomerations: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Kazan, Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Samara, Rostov-on-Don, Vladivostok, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, Ufa, Tyumen, Simferopol and many others.

The total number of visitors increased by 8%, the number of targeted visitors increased by 14%



Among the visitors of the exhibition are heads and leading specialists of the largest developers, construction and design organizations, architectural bureaus, airports in Russia, service providers for the design, integration and maintenance of parking spaces, management and maintenance companies, parking service operators, municipal authorities, trade and dealer companies.

BUSINESS PROGRAMME

The central event of the Parking Russia business program was the Conference "Parking Industry in Russia 2023", which this year was based on the issues of parking space development on the street and road network of Russian cities.

On November 14, within the framework of the conference, Dornadzor company presented an updated Rating of Russian cities for the development of paid parking. They talked about the experience of developing paid parking in their regions:
- Mikhail Kurdyaev, Director of the St. Petersburg State Institution "City Parking Management Center of St. Petersburg"
- and Sergey Meshcheryakov, Director of the Belgorod Parking Space MCU.

  

The important issue of charging infrastructure development was also supported by the architecture of the business program.
On November 15, with a full audience and a very dynamic discussion, a round table was held on the issue of setting up and developing an electric charging business in Russia. The round table was attended by manufacturers, suppliers and operators of charging stations, representatives of electric motorists and software developers. The audience took part in an interactive voting on key issues.

The partner and moderator of the round table was Sitronics Electro.

  

For the first time, with the participation of the of the Shopping Centers Association (SCA), a business session "Organization and management of parking in a shopping mall" was held. The session drew the attention of specialists from companies managing retail and public spaces to the direct impact of well-organized and convenient parking on shopping center attendance and visitor loyalty. The participants of the discussion analyzed dozens of cases on the effective organization and monetization of parking in the shopping center.

The partner of the session is the Shopping Centers Association (SCA).

  

Also, as part of the business program, business sessions, round tables and discussions were held on other equally important issues of parking space development: the design and construction of parking lots, prospects and problems of the development of mechanized parking in Russia, innovations in the parking industry and their practical application.

The partner of the innovation session is the Useful Software company.

  

In total, more than 50 speakers and more than 450 listeners took part in the events of the business program.

The exhibition and Conference provide full-fledged business communication between representatives of the growing parking industry and allow discussing key issues of its development. Only through an open dialogue, the exchange of successful cases and cross-industry cooperation will we be able to create the basis for sustainable development and the introduction of modern parking technologies in Russian cities.
